every week passes so fast when i'm here. the weekdays a chore, the weekend's my love. there seems to be a pattern to it. monday evening gym followed by dinner. tuesday rush for lab report. wednesday chem lab day. thursday i can't wait for friday and i'll hardly do much work except (attempting!) to do calculus homework. FRIDAY SATURDAY a blast of fun. sunday not so happy cause monday is tomorrow

some highlights so far with my favourite peeps in austin. i can't get enough, if only i could then maybe i would say goodbye.



i had mun yuk (left) and gillian (centre) for the first two weeks in austin. we chilled out at cafes (girls' favourite activity uh huh?), watched the Latino Comedy Project at Esther's Folly, had awesome seafood with our hands and bib tied round our neck, went to weird shops along SoCo



i had arlena (the other girl), edward (left) and chris (right) at chinese dinner. mun yuk flew back to virginia, gill went to washinigton state. apparently gill told chris to take care of me (how sweet of you dear!) while she's away since i was new to austin and all. it was only my 2nd week in austin?



pammmyyyy!!! she's the cutie sweet pie. we've had grocery shopping, baking cookies, lunches, to eating baked fishhh (we love fish!) and a night over at her place. :)



haha this 2 girls spice things up at home i must say, my housemates sobeyda (left) and beeba (right). sobeyda "mums" everyone at home, i kinda like that though. sobe, i want pancakes! okay i'll cook for u. i want pasta! and she cooks. beeba calls sobe soBITCH, nice! and they kinda have caustic verbal exchanges albeit harmless afterall they've known each other for ages. i'll miss you mad girls.

people have favourites and my FAVOURITE peeps i see almost everyday. we laughed (like nobody's business), slept, ate(we do that so much!), played poker, flew kites, bowled, did river rafting, set up a tent, camped, cooked, clubbed, swam, watched movies (tons!), karaoke-d, played (american) football together and the list goes on

heh if you're a convent girl, specifically katong convent primary you'll know this prayer. this is my favourite prayer. it rhymes, you can say it quick, sweet. i miss blue pinafore days. i miss mass. it's Good Friday in a day or less. Jesus you'll go through Gethsemane because you love us? this sacrifice i hardly can comprehend.

i stare ahead blankly. the things i can't have i want so much. i know deep down it would not work out. but i want

nothing seems to work to release the pent-up frustration within me. i wonder if frustration is the right word to describe. i dislike feeling this way and all the more dislike to complain. i read blogs, went on facebook, went to get the smoothie I was craving, got a sausage taco, looked around aimlessly and still i don't feel at all better. probably worse

i hate chemistry lab reports. i want to murder anything that has got to do with chemistry. it messes with my brain. i want the answer god damn it.
