this is random. i have this urge to cook pasta now. i'm sick and tired of outside food, i wanna whip up something tasty, homecooked. pasta with tomato puree, beef, onions, mushrooms, fish fillets.
i feel like cooking for a special person. he's probably asleep or busy doing something. haha i could cook for my mother and sister then. mum is busy at work, sis is out. grandma can't appreciate western food. should i cook just for myself?
i guess not. i shall head down and get some western food to satisfy my craving alternatively then.
poor lonely me on a friday evening. i should be out partying, enjoying myself.
friday 30th december 2005. second last day of the year. i last blogged before exams.
crap why didn't i blog since then, i wished i did so i've got an idea what i did and felt and thought during exam days, and the holidays now. quick how holidays are gonna be over.
of late, i dread growing up. in the sense that i feel more lonely? oh well, i just question where is the group of friends i hung out with, laughed non stop with, and didnt have to worry bout responsibilities. lets flashback and see whom am i missing out on.
1)my girl gang. 8 of us. okay i've caught up with them. movie with them today, the 'family stone' is pretty crappy and dumb. but hey it's a first movie for the gang this year? grace, where is she? she's been too busy i believe. hope to catch up with her soon. and oh how could i forget, our wonderful warm and cosy boxing day dinner gathered on a round dining table laid with food cooked by some and bought by some. that was a beautiful, but oh no noisy dinner. it's the girls, especially when most are loud? lol.

2)cheryl. heh saw her on christmas day! her place is gorgeous and huge. love her bedroom too. she's changed in many ways. i wish she remains good. please girl, i dont want you hurting yourself.

3)serene, sharon and celeste. my gosh these three girls are amazing company. i'm pretty disappointed at where we are now. kinda lost touch. hardly get a chance to see them since they changed church. they are my dear girlfriends in church since sec 1. will never forget those days. every christmas, we'll always gather and have a huge party, these days no more of such. it's upsetting knowing that such friendships so great and close could vanish to nothing after growing up.

celeste. serene. sharon. andrea. i miss you girls
4)cjc canoeing girls!! okay i'm biased i dont miss the guys that much.
jennifer & kim! okay jia too. remember our expedition to Sister's Island? our tough trainings by captain- push up position for 45 mins in the sun. bathing in kallang, haha yes i know i bathed the longest even if i got in the first, i'll end up last. long hair rem? those days i truly miss. suntec foodcourt ban mian!! cheering for our teammates during race.

after training. the tan and toned days, hahah.

jen's birthday! why do we only celebrate her birthday!! we gotta be fair. haha so at least we meet four times a year. heh
5)all the above are girls. i sound like i'm unbalanced. yeah but honestly i do adore girls more than guys. so i shall just heck naming my dearest close guyfriends. still love you guys though. but most of them have gotten attached or busy dating? yeah.
yeah at the end of the day, i'm being sentimental i suppose. i guess i prefer good old days of carefree fun! then life driven at meeting deadlines, schedules and achieving as much wealth, goals.
i hope i'll soon find joy in such. adults are mundane creatures i feel.
teenage life is impulsive, fun, reckless. so much thrill and adrenaline.
growing up, i gotta reconcile with it. i find it hard of late.
